Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

We appreciate your cooperation to help keep our day running smoothly and reduce personal contact for the health and safety of our family and yours! (These guidelines are subject to change. Please review this information again immediately before your appointment.)

  • If you are sick, please reschedule or wear a mask!
  • Arrive for your appointment on time.
  • Stay outside! We are not allowing clients inside the studio until further notice.
  • If we don't come out right away to greet you, text us to let us know you've arrived: 440-381-6475. Please do not knock on the door or honk!
  • You may walk your dog on the grass on either side of the driveway before their appointment, but please keep them on a leash and pick up after them (poo bags are available upon request).
  • If your small dog is comfortable with it, please hand them to us rear-end first. For larger or more nervous dogs, we'll give you a slip leash to put on them. Put the slip leash on your dog first and then remove your dog's collar, leash, and other accessories and take them with you.
  • When your dog is ready to go home, we'll text you (let us know if you'd prefer a call instead).
  • Please pick up your dog promptly.
  • We prefer payment via credit card at this time. We can take a credit card number over the phone or use our chip reader. If you prefer to pay by cash, please have exact change available. You may also pay by check made out to Pet Groom Studio.
