New Clients

We accept new clients as our schedule permits

Dogs only - sorry, we are no longer grooming cats!

20lb weight limit - adult dogs must weigh less than 20 lbs. Puppies must be at least 6 weeks old and expected to weigh under 20 lbs as adults. We recommend grooming puppies early and often! Please let us know if your dog isn't fully vaccinated (ie. too young, allergic, etc) so we can take additional precautions.

Maintenance grooming - dogs with continuously growing coats (ie. yorkies, shih tzus, poodles, etc) must be on a regular pre-booked schedule appropriate to their hair type and style (usually 3-6 weeks). We recommend puppies come every 4 weeks until they're a year old so they get plenty of training while their coats are easiest to manage.

Special needs - we are no longer taking on new dogs who cannot stand on their own or who require muzzling for grooming. We are happy to continue working with dogs as they age, but we are not accepting elderly dogs as new clients. We do not allow clients to wait during grooming.

Appointments are available Tuesday - Friday. Our earliest drop-off is 11am and our latest is 4:30pm. Appointments are one-on-one (or one family at a time) and generally last two hours or less per dog. We'll text you when your dog(s) is ready for pick-up.

If you have scheduling constraints (ie. need a certain day of the week or time of day), please let us know in the notes section. Due to our busy schedule, we do not respond to every request -- when we have room to accommodate new dogs on our schedule, we will reach out to let you know!
